Reach an audience of sailors, entrepreneurs, leaders, investors, and thinkers.

New stories are continuously posted to our website, and newsletters are emailed to our subscribers twice monthly on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month. Here are two current ad and sponsorship opportunities:

"Pitch" is ideal for startups pitching their idea or service to an audience of entrepreneurs and sailors. This is a 50-word text-only ad about your company that's 1) included one-time in one emailed newsletter and 2) also included one-time inside a news post on a topic of our choosing that will appear as an in-line, bracketed item [like this], on the "Work" tab section of the website. The pitch ad may include a web address URL, but it will not be linked – no hyperlinks will be included. No photos included, this is text only. (Note that your pitch ad will not be the only such ad in a single newsletter, as we welcome several ads in each newsletter). One-time, flat price: $749.

"Sponsor:" Be the sole sponsor for one two-week period, with special mention both on the website and also in the emailed newsletter. This package includes 1) a prominent “brought to you by” banner in one issue of the emailed newsletter issue, with 2) a color photo of your choice appearing in the same newsletter issue, and 3) a separate 600-word article or interview with your CEO that will appear in the same newsletter issue. 4) Your same article will also be posted on the website (appearing in the "Work" tag section of the website and marked as sponsored content). 5) You may include safe hyperlinks in your post. 6) A one-time social media post with one 1:1 image and up to 280 characters of text (all in the same post as space allows) posted to our existing social media platforms. (Note that there is only one "sponsor" in each two-week period, and you will be the sole sponsor for your scheduled time. Text-only "Pitch" ads may appear during that same time – see above for details on "Pitch" ads). Ask for pricing.

To ensure transparency for our readers, we clearly label ads, sponsors, and paid posts.

We reserve the right to decline any and all ad or sponsor offers for any reason or no particular reason. We will work with you to ensure both parties are satisfied with the content of an ad, but we reserve the right to decline particular text or images. We screen all potential sponsors and advertisers for reputation and relevance to our audience.
